Class up that entranceway ...

This area is the first place in our homes we walk into and it makes the first impression inside the home!

This area should be given special attention and so often it is not. This could be a wonderful space for a hand painted piece of furniture. A faux treatment on the walls or a gorgeous flat paint finish. Why not paint the ceiling in the Foyer? Add a fun light fixture? A small mural? A hand painted border with your favorite flowers.

How about some beautiful trim work such and picture frame moldings then faux the trim to look old work. Or perhaps take the picture frame molding idea above on the walls and put a wall sconce in it dress it up?

Next time you walk in your front door think what can be done to make that space a "wow" factor when your friends and family walk in!
