Nothing says style like a classy mudroom ...

Wow! They are the hot new room in our homes! A place to put out shoes, boots, coats and toys when we come on from outside.

How about taking that mud room and make is a fun space! If you have small children it can be made into a special room.

Some of us have a laundry room mud room combined so why not take that room and make it a garden? How about a picket fence and birdhouses? Or a beach scene? Or as you will see in the photos here we turned this mud room into a cottage with a stone path on the floor. The path leads you in and out of the home and also to a closet!

How about follow the yellow brick road on the floor? It can lead your children to a closet that looks like the Emerald City and open the doors and there they can place all their coats, shoes and boots. Never forget us adults like the idea too!
